We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the item is delivered to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt and/or your order number for proof of purchase.

At the time of purchase, you have the option to purchase Redo Checkout+ and get unlimited free exchanges and returns for store credit. Customers pay the return shipping costs for returns for a refund. Redo Checkout+ also protects your package from loss or damage in shipping. 

Customers who do not purchase Redo Checkout+ pay return shipping costs for exchanges and returns.

Returns: To start a return, click here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns are accepted if tags are still attached and items are unworn and unwashed. Final Sale and Warehouse Sale items are not returnable. Some Final Sale items may be returned for a store credit or exchange, but are never eligible for a refund. Warehouse Sale items are not eligible for returns of any kind. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
If you purchase ReDo Checkout+, you will have the option to do a free instant exchange. If you return the item you wish exchange within the 30 day window, there is no additional charge. If you fail to return the item or return it in an unsaleable condition, you will be charged for the exchange. It is very important to send back your exchange as required to avoid additional charges. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for items purchased. Shipping is non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note, if you select refund as your return option the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
